Ron S. Bilu originally hails from Oceanside, New York, and moved to Parkland, Florida in 1988, where he fell in love with the city and his loving wife, with whom he has three daughters. Ron is a Florida Gator fan through and through, as a three-time graduate of the University of Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in Criminal Justice in 1998. In 2001, he received a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida, and he graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002. Ron is very active in the South Florida community, specifically in Parkland, Florida, his home for over 30 years. He is an Eagle, a proud graduate of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and has performed more than 750 hours of volunteer community service, receiving the Silver Cord Award for public service in the City of Parkland, Florida. Philanthropy is something which Ron has enjoyed for most of his professional life, and his philanthropic endeavors have benefited his Parkland community, including his neighbors, the victims of the violence at MSD, their families, his Jewish temple and Jewish causes close to his heart, and he is proud to be #MSDStrong.
Ron is a real estate, business, bankruptcy, and title attorney and has a true passion for achieving his clients' goals. Ron's practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions, real estate litigation, corporate representation, business litigation, and bankruptcy. He prides himself on providing clients with affordable and aggressive legal counsel. Ron is licensed to practice in all State Courts of Florida and in the Federal court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of The Fund a.k.a. “Attorneys Title Insurance Fund,” and is authorized to write as an agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
