In the 1970's & 1980’s, Florida was experiencing tremendous population growth with very little regulation of the housing market. Many law firms challenged the status quo and helped create the laws that govern common ownership housing. These laws have resulted in 90% of the communities in the State being run by either Homeowner or Condominium Associations.
These associations and their board of directors, residents and property managers find themselves dealing with legal problems 24/7 in order to meet the needs of their constituents, but are left for months on end with no responses to their legal inquiries and no ability to obtain advice in an emergency situation like during a hurricane or a criminal matter.
Unfortunately since that time many of those 1970’s law firms are still around but their approach to the legal practice has been stuck in the past, providing an outdated level of service and weeks if not months of contact lagtime that doesn’t meet the technological & communicative standards of the 21st Century in this fast-changing legal world.
Seeing a need to provide fast-acting legal advice 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, Bilu & Bilu has found a niche providing associations, their board members and their residents the highest quality of legal protection and service anytime, anywhere. Our staff brings over 20 combined years of South Florida real estate experience to the table, and we have used that experience to maximize positive results for our clients. Creating the opportunity and making it happen are key to the BiluLaw mantra of providing aggressive representation to meet our clients' needs.

The firm of Bilu & Bilu is dedicated to helping homeowners and real estate investors that are victims of the economic downturn, predatory lending and mortgage fraud. We use the law and our experience to fight back against lenders and keep people in their homes. Our primary goal is to keep our clients in their homes, although we will explore every option to assist our clients in rectifying their current situation. With these goals in mind, we advance the interests of our clients through negotiation with lenders, and when necessary, litigation, in addition to looking for alternative funding where appropriate.

Foreclosure defense strategies: What can a lawyer do for you?
